Flat knit compression for maintenance therapy

Flat knit compression products are primarily used during maintenance therapy in cases of lymphoedema, lipoedema or severe vein problems with a tendency for oedema. For custom-made products and individual full-body solutions, flat knit compression is the benchmark. In addition to compression stockings, compression tights and compression sleeves, more complex shapes like compression gauntlets and compression foot-toe-portions as well as head and thorax products can be made using the flat knit process.

Thanks to the short-stretch properties of the knitted fabric, flat knit compression combines several positive features: the low resting pressure makes donning and doffing easier, whereas the high working pressure ensures increased compression during active movement.
